01Evaluate the current product
Install the free release on a test Mac running macOS 14 or later. Try music controls, file actions, and focus sessions with the tasks your team already does. Check the Octave bridge separately if your team uses Brave.
The current app is distributed through GitHub releases and is not Apple Developer ID signed. Review your organization’s software installation policy before planning a wider rollout.
02Review the data flows
Shelf and session-history processing run on the Mac. Optional enhanced lyrics sends track metadata to MusicBrainz and Spicy Lyrics. The Codex tab requests account allowance from ChatGPT and public model pricing when opened.
Use the public source and support documentation to review those integrations against your organization’s requirements. Each person supplies their own optional lyrics key.
03Share your requirements
Tell us how many Macs you are evaluating, your macOS versions, the tools your team uses, and the help you expect during setup. We can discuss fit before defining a proposed team offering.
Managed deployment, single sign-on, centralized administration, and contractual service levels are not available in the current release. Team pricing is a placeholder, not an enterprise contract.
04Agree the next step together
Start small, collect feedback, and bring us the friction you find. If there is a fit for further work, we will discuss scope, responsibilities, support, and pricing before making commitments.
